The processing technology of hydraulic honing tube is honing, while the processing technology of oil cylinder tube, which is a tube used in the oil cylinder, may not necessarily be honing, but can also be other processes such as rolling.
The roughness of the inner hole of the hydraulic honing tube can be achieved to be less than 0.63nm, while the linear standard can be achieved to be less than 0.3mm/m. Therefore, it can have a high level of dimensional accuracy. Therefore, it can be used in some demanding situations. And its honing requires the use of a honing machine, and the honing head on the honing machine generally performs axial linear reciprocating motion.
In the honing process of hydraulic honing pipes, the use of honing tools is quite common, and one of the more commonly used ones is gear honing. Therefore, the following will briefly explain it.
Honing gears are composed of a substrate and abrasives. The main purpose of using it for honing is to remove impurities and burrs from the surface of the material, thereby improving the surface smoothness. However, when using this honing tool, we also need to pay attention to some things, mainly including:
(1) The maximum stroke of the equipment should not exceed the maximum width during honing, otherwise it may seriously damage the honing gear.
(2) In the control of honing quantity, its value should be controlled within a reasonable and appropriate range. And for the control of honing time, the same requirement is also required, it is recommended to be around two minutes.
(3) The material of the honing gear is relatively brittle, so it is strictly prohibited to impact and knock it to avoid damage and inability to use it.
