Introduction of linear shafts
The surface of the straight linear shaft is treated with special grinding and hard chrome plating technology, also known as a chrome plated rod, and then polished with a mirror finish. It has wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties. linear shaft is widely used in automatic transmission devices, such as industrial robots, automatic recorders, computers, precision printers, various cylinders, oil cylinders, piston rods, packaging, woodworking, textile, printing and dyeing machinery, die-casting machines, injection molding machines, and other mechanical guides, top rods, etc. Due to its hardness, it can also extend the service life of ordinary precision mechanical instruments.

8. Maximum length: 5m
9. Standard diameter: 4mm~120mm (customizable)
The processing technology of linear optical axis adopts rolling processing to improve surface corrosion resistance, delay the generation or propagation of fatigue cracks, and thus improve the fatigue strength of the oil cylinder rod. By rolling forming, a cold hardening layer is formed on the rolling surface, reducing the elastic-plastic deformation of the grinding contact surface, thereby improving the wear resistance of the cylinder rod surface and avoiding grinding burns.
After rolling, the reduction of surface roughness can improve the matching performance. At the same time, it reduces the frictional damage to the sealing ring or seal during the movement of the cylinder rod piston, and extends the overall service life of the cylinder. Rolling technology is a good process measure. Linear optical axis is mainly used for oil cylinders and their motion executing components, and is a type of moving component with frequent movements and high technical requirements.
Taking a hydraulic cylinder as an example, it consists of a cylinder barrel, piston rod (cylinder rod), piston, and end cap. The processing quality directly affects the service life and reliability of the entire product. The processing requirements for straight linear shaft are high, with a surface roughness requirement of Ra0.4~0.8um, and strict requirements for coaxiality and wear resistance. The basic characteristic of the oil cylinder rod is the processing of a slender shaft, which is difficult to process and has always been a challenge.
Application of Linear Optical Axis Products
Stainless steel optical axis is mainly used for piston rods in hydraulic and pneumatic, engineering machinery, automobile manufacturing, guide columns in plastic machinery, roller shafts in packaging and printing machinery, axis shafts in textile machinery, conveyor machinery, and linear motion.
